BIOGRAPHY :

 

Hendy Setiono is a young businessman from Surabaya, known thanks to its trading products "Kebab Turki Baba Rafi". Hendy was born on May 30, twenty-nine years ago. He is the first son of the couple Bambang Sudiono and Endah Setijowati. Before becoming a young entrepreneur, Hendy Setiono registered as a student of Department of Informatics engineering Ten November Institute of Technology Surabaya. However, he decided to leave college and start a business Kebab Turki.
Hendy is one of the successful entrepreneurs who are good to see a business opportunity. While attending college semester 4, Hendy pioneering business with a friend who likes culinary, Hasan Baraja. Turkish Kebab recipe he got when he visited his father in Qatar working for an oil company. Together with Hasan, Hendy modify kebab ingredients and spices to suit the Indonesian tongue.
With an initial capital of 4 million, and assisted by one employee, now Hendy managed to establish PT Baba Rafi Indonesia. In 2008, totaling 325 hendy kebab shops spread across 50 cities, and houses 700 employees.
Hendy expertise in business has been recognized many circles. In 2006, records the name Hendy Tempo Magazine as one of 10 leaders who transform Indonesia. In addition, internationally, Hendy was also crowned as Asia's Best Entrepreneur Under 25 by Business Week Magazine. Then, in 2007, earned a Best I Hendy Young Entrepreneur 2007 by Bank Mandiri.
